The Elwood Ranch has been a cornerstone of the local Shasta and Siskiyou County communities for more than 125 years. We at Elwood Ranch are proud to introduce our initial offering of locally grown and raised farm-to-table beef. All of the farm-to-table beef on our ranches is grass-raised and grain-finished in Northern California on our family-run operation. It is our goal to provide you with a quality product that you can trust. Elwood Ranch Beef is processed in Northern California at USDA-certified processing facilities.
